Estate Plans

Joint Trust Plan $2,250 (regularly $3,500)

Individual Trust Plan $1,500 (regularly $2,250)

Includes:

  • Revocable Living Trust (including spouse/child asset protection)

  • Last Will & Testament

  • Guardian Nominations (if applicable)

  • Financial Power of Attorney

  • Advance Health Care Directive

  • Final Disposition Instructions

  • Marital Property Agreement (if applicable)

  • Trust Transfer Deed for Primary Residence

  • Funding Instructions & Worksheets

Business Start Up

Multi Member $2,500 (regularly $3,500)

Single Member $1,750 (regularly $2,250)

Includes:

  • Formation documents for LLCs, C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships

  • Bylaws or Operating Agreement

  • Buy-Sell or Shareholders' Agreement (if applicable)

  • Initial Resolutions

  • Federal Employment Identification Number (FEIN)

  • S-Corp Election (if applicable)

  • Assignment to Revocable Living Trust (if applicable)

The Pilot Planning Package is open to all pilots and non-pilot FAA certificate holders and designees, as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings). The eligibility covers a wide range of individuals within the aviation community, such as student pilots, recreational and sport pilots, private pilots, commercial pilots, ATPs, mechanics, air traffic controllers, flight attendants, FAA designees, and military pilots.
